Monitoring is led by the Head of the Division for Reporting and Monitoring, reports directly to the EC and performs the following tasks:<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>prepares reports for Kosovo on the fulfillment of international obligations in the field of gender equality, which are approved by the government;<\/li>\n\n<li>coordinates the work on the preparation of the Kosovo Program for Gender Equality, and monitors its implementation;<\/li>\n\n<li>proposes the conditions and criteria for partial financing which the government determines;<\/li>\n\n<li>proposes initiatives for research and analysis in the field of gender equality;<\/li>\n\n<li>works to raise general awareness of gender equality;<\/li>\n\n<li>reports to the Government each year on the Agency&#8217;s
