Legislation Division

The Legislation Division is headed by the Head of the Legislation Division, reports directly to the EC and performs the following tasks:

1. proposes the drafting, amendment and supplementation of laws, regulations, as well as the adoption of other measures;
2. proposes measures for the implementation of international agreements and acts related to gender equality;
3. participates in working groups for the drafting of draft laws and sub-legal acts before approval by the Government;
4. provides legal assistance and advice to other AGE divisions.
