The AGE attends the International Conference with invitation of Ministry of External Affairs of Slovenia and Norway, the challenges and possibilities for Agenda of Women, Peace and Security- Perspectives from South-east Europe and Ukraine

The resolution 1325 of UN Security knows the essential role that women play in prevention and solving the conflicts as well as building the peace after conflict. Along with Beijing Declaration and its Action Platform for action iot represents a historical moment for improvement of women rights. Though, the process to execute Resolution 1325 of SC of UN and other resolutions of SC of UN, representation of Women Agenda, Peace and Security was slow.

On this occasion the Chief Executive of Agency for Gender Equality Edi Gusia presented the achievements for gender integration and funds which are linked with Economic recovery form Covid 19 and continual support of Government of Republic of Kosovo in the process to verify the statute of survivors of sexual abuse during the war, challenges and possibilities of agenda of gender equality in Kosovo.
