The Agency for Gender Equality in cooperation with Officers for Gender Equality in Municipality of Deçan has organized a Workshop to present the Legal Frame for protection against Domestic Violence and violence towards women. It was presented the Law on Gender Equality and Standard Action Procedures of Action for Protection against Domestic Violence. While OGE in this Municipality has presented obligation of Municipality to functionalize Municipal Mechanism to prevent and train the women about violence towards women.

In the Meeting participated the Mayor of Deçan Municipality Bashkim Ramosaj, Members of Municipal Assembly, Officers from Municipality, Police, representatives of Office for Social Work and Health Workers
