On 21 January 2018 it was organized a joint meeting between AGE and SOK (Statistic Office of Kosovo) regarding initiation of calculating the index of Gender Equality in Kosovo. This initiative is continual inter-institutional cooperation between AGE and SOK which has begun lately and still continuing and intensified in recent years.

This meeting was organized with aim to inform parties regarding calculation of index of gender Equality by offering knowledge for institutions regarding as how gender index should be calculate do disseminate information and how they can contribute in planning of further cooperation. This meeting was financed by Swedish SIDA, a project to empower institutional mechanism for gender equality.
